  • Certificate of state registration of a legal entity or sole proprietor, or extract from the Unified State Register

  • VAT payer certificate (if registered) or single tax payer certificate or extract from the relevant registers

• Commercial proposal

• List of current clients and partners with whom the company has cooperated for at least one year (specify full name of client, contact person, position, phone number)

• Draft contract

• Any additional information useful for evaluating the supplier’s experience, solvency, and reputation

• Consent of personal data subjects for data processing (for all individuals whose personal data is included in the proposal) – Annex 2
