The "Tvoya opora" (Your Support) Charitable Foundation is a Ukrainian humanitarian organization that provides assistance to seriously ill children, medical institutions, orphanages, shelters, and people affected by the war in Ukraine.

The Foundation works to ensure that every person in Ukraine who needs help receives it efficiently and promptly.

Responsibilities of the Procurement Specialist:

• Preliminary data collection on needs, prices for goods, works, and services;
• Preparation of procurement documentation;
• Processing procurement results and concluding contracts;
• Drafting procurement plans and justifications;
• Conducting procurement procedures;
• Verification of contract compliance;
• Verification of the quality of presented goods, works, and services;
• Monitoring in the field of procurement; audit and control in the field of procurement.

Requirements:

1. Work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year
2. Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office
3. High communication and negotiation skills
4. High level of organization and attention to detail
5. Ability to analyze market prices and trends
6. High level of responsibility and independence in decision-making
7. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
