Credit Agricole Supports Hospitals in Vinnytsia Region for the Third Time

Two electrocardiographs and a colposcope have already been installed and are helping doctors at a medical facility in Vinnytsia. A mobile patient lift and a care trolley will also be delivered soon. All the equipment is modern and was purchased based on the hospital’s request to improve the diagnosis of serious diseases, including oncology, heart disease, and tuberculosis, as well as to assist in patient care. This good deed was made possible by the bank with the support of the "Tvoya Opora" Foundation.

Tuberculosis has long ceased to be a disease affecting only socially vulnerable groups. Thanks to medical treatments and modern equipment, most cases today can be treated on an outpatient basis. The electrocardiograph plays a crucial role in this, as it allows doctors to monitor patients' treatment progress.
"Our facility has a capacity of 120 beds. Currently, we are treating 80 patients, including military personnel and internally displaced Ukrainians," said Oleksandr Sluzhyvyi, director of the hospital in Vinnytsia region.

This marks the third charitable initiative for Vinnytsia hospitals that Crédit Agricole has implemented within a year with the support of our Foundation. In the summer of 2023, the international Group donated modern medical equipment worth over 4.5 million UAH to the regional clinical hospital, and in the spring, rehabilitation treadmills for patients at the Vinnytsia Regional Clinical Psychoneurological Hospital named after Academician O.I. Yushchenko.
The total amount of charity support provided already exceeds 5.5 million UAH.

"We implement charitable projects because we believe that kindness, generosity, and support are our strength — the force that can overcome even the darkest times. This is the philosophy of Crédit Agricole and our team. Now more than ever, we feel that Crédit Agricole Ukraine is part of an international Group that demonstrates extraordinary support and solidarity with Ukrainians. The Group’s charitable aid to hospitals is yet another proof of this.
As a native of Vinnytsia, I am proud that for the third time this year Crédit Agricole has supported hospitals in Vinnytsia region," shared Oleksandr Zarichniuk, Commercial Director of Crédit Agricole.

Since the beginning of the war, the bank has implemented 45 charitable projects. Crédit Agricole has allocated 92 million UAH for purchasing medical equipment for hospitals in Ukraine and for supporting those affected.
