The "Tvoya Opora" Family Mental Health Center Launches Support Groups for Wives and Partners of Servicemen
The Tvoya Opora Family Mental Health Center has launched psychological support groups specifically for wives and partners of servicemen.
During these sessions, participants work with a professional psychologist to explore the emotional and psychological processes affecting both those on the frontlines and those waiting at home.
The group members receive practical tools for self-support during difficult times, exercises to help regain balance when overwhelmed by emotions, and insight into how to become a reliable source of strength for themselves.
Group work and mutual support offer more than individual therapy: deeper understanding, shared knowledge, and a new circle of women going through similar life experiences.
In the future, we also plan to launch support groups for: – Families of fallen servicemen
– Relatives of prisoners of war
– Loved ones of those who are missing in action
