10. Evaluation Criteria:

• Price of goods

• Quality of goods

• Compliance with delivery and payment terms

• Compliance with technical specifications

• Supplier’s experience and reputation

11. Required Documents from Bidders:

• Commercial offer

• Extract from the Unified State Register (USR)

12. A tripartite agreement will be signed with the selected supplier.

13. Winner must provide founding documents, including:

• Charter

• Extract from the USR

• Appointment order of the director

• Taxpayer certificate or status extract

14. The Foundation will conduct due diligence to verify that the supplier has no ties to:

• The Russian Federation or Belarus

• Beneficial owners who are citizens of Russia or Belarus

• Any other factors that could negatively impact cooperation
