Required Documents and Information

To confirm compliance with the evaluation criteria, each participant must provide:

• Commercial proposal

• A tripartite agreement will be signed with the selected supplier

• Founding documents, including:

  • Company charter

  • Extract from the Unified State Register (USR)

  • Order appointing the director

  • Certificate or extract confirming taxpayer status

Supplier Verification

Tvoya Opora will conduct a background check of the supplier regarding:

• Cooperation with the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus

• Ultimate beneficiaries who are citizens of the Russian Federation or Belarus

• Other conditions that may negatively impact future cooperation
