The charitable foundation "Your Support" invites community organizations and charitable foundations to participate in a mentorship program aimed at developing and strengthening organizations as part of the course "Your Support for Communities: Recovery Through Action."

This is a unique opportunity not only to gain up-to-date knowledge on fundraising, communications, working with businesses, document management, and leadership but also to receive personal mentorship from Valeriya Tatarchuk.

Valeriya Tatarchuk is the founder and head of the "Your Support" charitable foundation, an ambassador of transparency, systematization, and effectiveness in Ukrainian charity. She has over 10 years of experience creating projects involving celebrities, businesses, and the government, raising millions of hryvnias. Under her leadership over the past 10 years, the foundation has:

• Raised over 710 million hryvnias in aid;

• Supported dozens of medical institutions, orphanages, internally displaced persons, and war victims;

• Become one of the leaders in rapid humanitarian crisis response in Ukraine;

• Launched dozens of large-scale campaigns, including initiatives for medical evacuation, hospital reconstruction, and aid for orphaned children.

The mentorship program will help your organization to:

• Raise more funds and do so more effectively;

• Establish partnerships with businesses;

• Strengthen your team and leadership;

• Systematically organize document flow and accounting;

• Create vibrant public events within communities;

• Build strong, effective communications.

Three selected organizations will have the opportunity to work directly with Valeriya Tatarchuk on creating and implementing their own charitable event.

The mentorship program consists of two parts:

• Five offline training sessions held in the urban-type settlement of Vorzel:

  • Working with business cycle — September 18–19 (tentative);

  • Document flow and accounting without chaos and stress — October 3 (tentative);

  • The voice of the organization: how to make your communications heard — October 9 (tentative);

  • How to organize charitable events that raise millions — October 21 (tentative);

  • Basics of leadership and team management in NGOs — November (date to be announced).

• Individual mentorship sessions with Valeriya Tatarchuk (possible formats: online and offline; schedule to be arranged individually).

Participants will receive compensation for travel costs to one-day training sessions and accommodation for the two-day event.

To participate in the mentorship program, you need to:

• Agree to and attend all five offline training sessions of the course;

• Have a clear motivation to organize a charitable event in your community;

The announcement of the three finalists of the mentorship program will take place by September 5, 2025.
