Tender Proposal Submission:

Proposal Validity: 30 calendar days from the date of proposal opening

Evaluation Criteria and Weights:

1. Experience in providing comprehensive event services (min. 3 years) and supporting documents confirming successful provision of similar services – 50%

2. Cashless payment option without VAT – 25%

3. Service cost – 25%

Required Documents and Information:

Participants must submit the following:

• A general company information statement including:
  legal name, legal and actual address, registration date, full name of director/CEO, bank details, contact phone numbers, email, website (if available)

• Scanned copies of:

  • Certificate of state registration or extract from the Unified State Register (legal entity or sole proprietor)

  • Certificate or extract confirming the simplified tax system (single tax payer)

  • Certificates of conformity, regulatory or technical documentation confirming the quality of goods/services and compliance with current DSTU or GOST standards (if applicable)

• Commercial proposal – Appendix 2

• Recommendation letters, previous contracts, or any supporting documents confirming experience in similar services

• Additional documents proving the supplier’s experience, financial reliability, and reputation

• Any other information useful for supplier evaluation

• Consent to the processing of personal data (for all persons whose data are included in the proposal) – Appendix 3

• Confirmation of agreement with the Client’s draft contract (free form) – Appendix 4
