Criteria for selecting the winner and weight of criteria:

1. Cost of goods
2. Quality of goods
3. Compliance with the terms of delivery and payment
4. Compliance with technical specifications
5. Experience and reputation of the Supplier

To confirm compliance with the selection criteria, the Participating Company must provide the following documents and information:

• Commercial proposal
  • A tripartite agreement for the purchase of the vehicle will be signed with the winner of the tender.
  • The winner of the tender must provide constituent documents, namely the charter, an excerpt from the Unified State Register, an order for the appointment of the head, and a tax payer's certificate or excerpt.

The "Tvoya opora" Foundation will verify the contractor for:

• Cooperation with the Russian Federation and Belarus.
• Ultimate beneficiaries who are citizens of the Russian Federation and Belarus.
• Other conditions that may negatively affect further cooperation.
