The winner will sign a tripartite agreement for the procurement of medical equipment.
The winning Supplier must provide the following founding documents:

• Charter

• Extract from the Unified State Register (EDR)

• Order of appointment of the head

• Certificate or extract confirming taxpayer registration

The "Tvoya Opora" Foundation will conduct a contractor verification regarding:

• Cooperation with the Russian Federation and Belarus

• Ultimate beneficiaries being citizens of the Russian Federation and Belarus

• Other factors that may negatively affect future cooperation
