Winner Selection Criteria and Their Weight:

1. Product cost

2. Product quality

3. Compliance with delivery and payment conditions

4. Compliance with the technical specification

5. Supplier’s experience and reputation

Required Documents and Information to Confirm Compliance:

• Commercial proposal

• Extract from the Unified State Register (USR)

The winner will sign a tripartite agreement for the procurement of medical equipment. The winner must provide the following founding documents: Charter, USR extract, order on the appointment of the director, and tax payer certificate or extract.

The Foundation “Tvoya Opora” will conduct a background check of the contractor regarding:

• Cooperation with the Russian Federation and Belarus

• Final beneficiaries who are citizens of the Russian Federation or Belarus

• Other conditions that may negatively affect future cooperation
