5. Procurement Subject:
   Split air conditioning systems and their installation, in accordance with the technical specification (Annex 1)

9. Validity of Proposal:
   30 calendar days from the date of opening

10. Evaluation Criteria:

• Product price

• Product quality and compliance with the technical specification

• Compliance with delivery and payment terms

• Supplier’s experience and reputation

11. Required Documentation from Bidders:

• Commercial offer

• Extract from the Unified State Register (USR)

• Letters of recommendation

• Letter of guarantee agreeing to sign the contract (Annex 2)

• Letter of guarantee confirming the warranty period

• Declaration and/or certificates for the split systems

• Letter confirming the absence of final beneficiaries who are citizens of the Russian Federation or Belarus

• Letter confirming the absence of cooperation with the Russian Federation or Belarus

• Consent to personal data processing (Annex 3)

12. Contract Type:
    A tripartite agreement will be signed with the selected supplier for the procurement and installation of the split systems

13. Required Legal Documents from the Winner:
    Charter, extract from USR, director’s appointment order, taxpayer certificate or tax status extract

14. Due Diligence by the Foundation:
    The Foundation will verify that the contractor:

• Does not cooperate with the Russian Federation or Belarus

• Has no beneficial owners who are citizens of the Russian Federation or Belarus

• Meets other conditions necessary for ethical and sustainable partnership
