    – Scanned copies:
     • Certificate of state registration or extract from the unified state register (for legal entities or sole proprietors)
     • VAT certificate (if applicable), single tax certificate, or extract from the VAT and single tax payer registries
     • Charter and appointment protocol (for legal entities)
     • Product/service quality certificates and compliance documentation (e.g., certificates, technical specifications, compliance with current DSTU/GOST standards)
     • Commercial offer
     • List of current clients/partners (with contact person name, title, phone number) with at least 1 year of cooperation
     • Draft contract (Appendix 5)
     • Any additional relevant information for supplier evaluation
     • Data subject consent form for processing personal data (Appendix 4)
